
Honey Lemon Ginger Salmon with Toasted Sesame Edamame Pasta

Ingredients
- 3 oz salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp sesame seeds for garnish
- 1 rounded lemon slice
For the marinade
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbso ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1/4 package Edamame Spaghetti
Instructions
- Mix ingredients for marinade and marinate salmon overnight.
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Lightly sear salmon on each side on hot pan.
- Bake oven for 4 minutes
- Cook edamame pasta (this only takes about 5 minutes).
- Toss pasta in sesame oil, ginger paste, chili flakes, and garlic.
- Lay 3oz portion of salmon on pasta with a round of lemon
