Honey Lemon Ginger Salmon with Toasted Sesame Edamame Pasta

Ingredients

  • 3 oz salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds for garnish
  • 1 rounded lemon slice

For the marinade

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbso ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1/4 package Edamame Spaghetti

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients for marinade and marinate salmon overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Lightly sear salmon on each side on hot pan.
  • Bake oven for 4 minutes
  • Cook edamame pasta (this only takes about 5 minutes).
  • Toss pasta in sesame oil, ginger paste, chili flakes, and garlic.
  • Lay 3oz portion of salmon on pasta with a round of lemon
