Yield: 12 Brownies
- 2 flax eggs (2 tbsp flax meal + 6 tbsp water) (let rest for a few minutes)
- 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
- 3 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup granulated stevia
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- walnuts optional
Preheat oven to 350.
Blend all ingredients in food processor until mixture is smooth
Evenly pour batter into a muffin pan
Top with walnuts (optional) or other nuts.
Bake for 30-35 min (it should be soft in the middle).
