Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic peeled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon tahini roasted sesame seed paste
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can black beans rinsed and drained, 15-ounce
  • 1 small jalapeΓ±o pepper chopped
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper
  • 2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor
