Ingredients

  • 1 cup greek yogurt, plain, o%
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Mix all dry ingredients together
  • Add 2 tbsp of dry mix and stir into greek yogurt
  • Save the dry mix for a cajun seasoning or to make more dip at a later meal!
