  • Food Processor


  • 1 1/2 cup apricot dried
  • 1/2 cup protein powder whey (or vegan protein)
  • 2 tbsp almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1/4 cup honey (or agave for vegan)
  • 1/4 cup oats rolled
  • 1/4 cup cashews roasted


  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until completely combined!
