  • Food Processor


  • 1 1/2 cup edamame thawed from frozen
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup cilantro fresh
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper


  • Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth
  • Keep refrigerated up to one week
