Equipment

  • Food Processor

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas drained & rinsed
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder Use vegan if keeping recipe vegan
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp maple extract or vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients except chocolate chips in food processor
  • Blend until smooth
  • Stir in chocolate chips
  • Use about 2tbsp of mixture and form a ball in your hands
  • This recipe is soft so keep refrigerated to keep its form
