  • Food Processor


  • ¼ cup oats
  • 1 cup dates pitted
  • 1/2 C chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa unsweetened
  • 1/4 C pecans unsalted
  • 1/4 C coconut medium dessicated
  • 1/4 C honey
  • 1/4 C almond butter


  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until uniform mixture.
  • Roll into 12 balls
  • Optional: roll balls in coconut
