chocolate protein powder

walnuts

macademia nuts
chopped

pecans
chopped

almonds
slivered or chopped

sunflower seeds

tbsp
chia seeds

tbsp
pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

salt

nutmeg

allspice

cinnamon

cup
coconut oil
melted
1/2
cup
honey
(or agave)

tsp
maple extract
(or vanilla extract)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Mix oats, protein powder, and cocoa in a large mixing bowl
Mix in nutmeg, allspice, and cinnamon
Mix in the nuts and seeds
Stir in coconut oil and honey
Mix in maple extract
Lay granola on parchment evenly and press down with spatula
Bake for 10 minutes
Stir granola around and press down with spatula (to make clumpy granola)
Bake for another 10 minutes
Remove from oven and let cool for 45 minutes
Top with dried fruit and chocolate chips (optional)
